Refund policy

At Astrokid, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we've got you covered. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or store credit. Here's what you need to know:
RETURNS
We're happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To start the return process, just send us an email at info@astrokid.store and we'll send you a return label. Easy peasy!
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund. This can take up to 7 days, and you'll receive a confirmation email when it's done. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a defective or damaged item, don't worry! Just send us an email at info@astrokid.store and we'll arrange a refund or exchange for you.
